MM6 Maison Margiela | Cup Heels

Hey guys!

So today we thought we would do a post on a pair of boots we have been loving lately! As you can probably tell by the title this is going to be on MM6 Maison Margiela’s new AW 17 shoe, the ankle boots with cup heel. So if you want to know more, then keep on reading!

As Maison Margiela is known for it’s non-conformist approach to fashion so as expected, they released a boot with a plastic cup inspired heel for their MM6 collection. Don’t worry, it isn’t actually a plastic cup but a corrugated metal. What we loved about this shoe is actually how wearable it is and while being a piece with a more unconventional shape, it is surprisingly easy to pull off and put together with an outfit. We also really like the choice of colours of the boots as the shades are loud but yet give the shoe a very sleek look. And how comfortable do they look???

We think this shoe would go with any outfit and can be paired with more casual clothing to give a slightly more chic and slightly dressed up vibe. What do you guys think about these shoes? Let us know in the comments below!
