Spring 2016 Couture: Christian Dior

This Spring, the Christian Dior Haute Couture show was directed by a young team after the sudden resignation of Raf Simmons. However, we’ve been loving this change of pace as this time around, Dior brought a more casual and softer approach to the usual presumed approach of it’s previous bosses.

While still following in the footsteps of the previous Dior traditions with corseted structure, the new team brought in short dresses, slit pencil skirts, bell shaped skirts, flounced sleeves with fit and flare silhouettes bringing a look that would hardly scream couture. But I guess this was part of the charm as to why we were mesmerised by the new shapes and flares and sparkle of the new spring Couture runway for Christian Dior. So without further ado, we’ve picked a few of our favourite looks for you guys!

Let us know if you loved this collection just as much as we did!

Talk to you soon!
